Oyeleye Odewunmi, a cornerback at Brooklyn Tech, received a full Questbridge scholarship to Brown University this upcoming fall for academics and will play football for the Brown Bears. Odewunmi, who expects to play cornerback in college, returned a kickoff against Canarsie for a touchdown, and had an interception against Bayside HS. Odewunmi lives in Far Rockaway and his family is from Nigeria, members of the Yoruba tribe. Odewunmi scored a 2050 on his SATs and has an overall average of 94.31%. Odewunmi was an all borough football player, and played in the Brooklyn 44 all star game.
