Jammin with AudraRox
Earlier today, a few hundred kids, parents, teachers and nannies were in Fort Greene Park Jammin and having a good time to the sounds of AudraRox. According to Natalie Cramer, Community Liaison for the Fort Greene Park Conservancy, “there were approximately 300 people in the park from area schools, daycares and local families. All had a wonderful time!
The AudraRox concert kicks off what will be eight FREE summer concerts for kids in Fort Greene Park. The Fort Greene Park Conservancy sponsored events will be held every Wednesday morning at 10am.
AudraRox is a children’s rock band that calls for kids to get up, sing, shout, and rock out to their electro-everything. Members, Audra Tsanos, Adam Armstrong, Robbie Mangano, Tony Graci, Jennifer Milich and Lily White, are all professional musicians living in Brooklyn. The band has played at the Nickelodeon Hotel in Orlando, FL., at the World Cafe in Philadelphia for Radio Disney's Peanut Butter and Jams concert, and on Jack's Big Music Show, on the children's TV channel Noggin.
